Armstrong Ultra 90 Furnace

What if my car 'to be scrapped?

To demolish a car, you should contact a licensed wrecker or, if you purchase a new vehicle, you can deliver it directly to the dealer.

Thanks to a recent amendment to the legislative decree 209/03, which transposes European legislation, from next January 1, 2007 for this operation we will not have more support at no cost, apart from that relating to removal from the Public Motor Vehicle Registry.

The collection center at the time of picking up the car (complete with license plates, registration certificate and certificate of ownership or additional sheet) must issue a "take-over" which raises the driver from what can possibly happen after delivery (vignettes unpaid fines , accidents, etc.).

The document should also be reference to such approval of the demolition request and granted pursuant to Decree Law 5 February 1997, No 22. If the document is not regular, the owner of the vehicle will continue to be responsible for any stamp duties, fines and accidents for subsequent periods to the custody of the vehicle scrap yard.
