It often happens that when someone sees my enthusiasm for small items forgotten or real abandoned waste bins next to me asks the question: "Where did you come up this trip?" It is not a trip? There really are left?
Just today I have recovered from the mind, free from delusion creative and relaxed for the holiday, some childhood memory ... was the very day of St. Stephen and as usual the celebration was a must in my grandparents' house ... timetables set and delayed, delicious menu ... and everything that is respected party! But grandpa was always ready to amaze me with special effects.
not remember exactly the year, but I remember perfectly the black face of Grandma ... with the board and guests accommodated ready ... wait for the grandparent who does not arrive! ...
black face after a while you worried, and everyone is out to find his grandfather's lost ... and biking ... is likely to retrace the steps in the country and in a sort of treasure hunt you wander here and there to no avail ... until someone lights and side ... destination landfill! :-P
He did it often, and enjoyed a lot to recall things that others threw ... even more absurd to invent stories which then allowed me and told me to get closer to his treasure ... I was the only privileged ... because in my eyes saw the magic of his stories ... then we started telling me about growing up together!
the end was there, waiting for rescue because climbing the bicycle was dropped in one of those big green boxes, and then not find any further support to come out! ,-P
and I still remember that fantastic loot ... a red vinyl collection by the Beatles, who in his story had been scrapped because surely a gift from a suitor then disappeared from circulation ... a wonderful fairy still helps with my housework and never replaced with modern equipment ... a couple of necklaces ... some changed today ... and other knick-knacks ...
you say? is in the DNA?
do not know what I know is that it is wonderful to stop and recover abandoned things and find ways to give him life ... a little like keeping alive the memory of a grandfather who is no more ... and good times shared that allowed me to become who I am!
